Fabric arrived from afar ...

Recently I must have had a moment of weakness. Perhaps it was the shiny new catalogue they sent me. I'm sure the limited offer for free international shipping didn't help my resolve.

Well, something in me must have snapped, because yesterday's mail brought these lovelies into my life and ultimately my fabric closet.

Do I have plans for them? No way! Would I like to have plans for them? Of course :-) I'm rationalising it this way ... should I have any great expanses of free time in my future, I'm all set!

Oh, you chose so beautifully, talk about a gorgeous array. What is that golden one in the middle?

I always laugh when someone asks me what I am going to make when I am buying fabric. I never have ANY idea. Love the fabric, especially the Brannock & Patek! Karmen

mmmmm...yummy fabrics! You have great taste in fabrics! I don't have a huge stash, but it does feel great to be able to just shop in your own stash when you get a new idea for a quilt!

Oh my goodness but I'm happy happy for you my friend! Yummy. I think one of those chunks of yardage is under cover at LeeHaven, too. I can't be sure but I might place a bet... *(any Warm and Loved in there?)

I love the tumbler fabric. I can see it worked into your tumbler quilt as a backing or border.
We buy fabric as an artist buys paints. What's to explain?????
