I've finished stitching enough green nine patches I think. I have made 81 now, and that's a nice neat number (when you think in terms of setting them on point, 9 x 9).
Thank you to everyone for the suggestions regarding the setting squares. I'm really no closer to a definite decision - I'm leaning heavily toward a pink or purple, but when I'm on a fabric hunt, if a different and perfect fabric calls to me, I'll be open to it.
I'll have to concentrate on some different things for a little while. I've brought some yummy fabrics home from the shop to make up a new version of my '
Starstruck in Paducah' quilt. The original is living happily over with Linda, and I love the pattern, so why not make another. I hope to start tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted on my progress.
