Into the sewing room I went, and I chose one of my favourite Bonnie projects, Bowdacious. Here is where I left it last time:
Amy has claimed this quilt for her own when it's finished, though she's in 'like' with it, not 'love'. Some of the background fabrics don't really speak to her :-)
I immersed myself, and before I knew it, it was a quarter to one in the morning! (I've been very naughty with late nights these holidays!) And this is how it looked when I walked away from the machine. I really enjoyed working on something I hadn't looked at for a while, and trust me, I slept like a log!

Love the look of your quilt.
Ooooh! I just glanced at my sidebar and saw your piccie and had to come look! They look so good! I've been having sleepless nights too...may as well put them to good use and sew something :c)
*hugs*

Glad you got a good night's rest Tara. I was the same, didn't go to bed until about 112.30 and then couldn't sleep, so read a book on my iPhone until quite late!
It's easy to loose track of time when you are enjoying sewing.
This looks lovely. I too can't look at the news any more - just way too heartbreaking. I have done a few Bow Tie blocks but never thought to make the bow part out of a 4-patch!
Nice, Nice, Nice. Good way to use those 4P leaders & enders.
Seems like watching all that devastation on TV has left lots of us unable to sleep.
You spent your extra awake time well. Love the pastel colours.
