Caswell Block E1

Another quickie post today - don't I seem to be doing a lot of these lately? I just wanted to share the results of a little Easter stitching I've just completed:

Caswell Quilt - Block E1

How fun to use a little of my William Morris fabric for the large flowers in this block - I have quite a lot of it, and I keep hoarding it for some future (as yet unknown) project. And I'm in love with the pink/peach/gold fabric, it really looks cute for petals.

I think I only have 7 blocks left to stitch now, and the border too - I'm pretty sure I'm going to do the border differently to the original pattern, but let's see how I feel when I get there.

Hope all my lovely family and friends are having a wonderful Easter break. Big love and hugs!

I love the pink flower on the top left too. It's what caught my eye. You really are fast and every block is just gorgeous. Can't wait to see what you decide to do for the border. Thank you for sharing.

Loving your blocks, have been going back through them and seeing how you have used different colours. Giving me a pit of inspiration to maybe play with my colours a little too
