Quilted

Yay! I've finished quilting the Double Irish Chain top that really needed my attention. I've also machined the binding in place, so all that remains is for me to hand stitch it down on the reverse side.

It really feels great to have this project almost completed, and I think it may actually be my first official finish for 2010. That really is something to celebrate!

  3. Very pretty! Love the fabrics you used. And now you get to do my favorite part -- stitching the binding.

  8. Congrats on the progress on this quilt. I love the hand sewing of the binding. I tend to stretch it out as long as I can :-).

  10. I just spotted this post in the "you might also like" section and I recognized it right away! It's my Callum's lovely gift quilt that hangs in a special place in our home, to show it off, until he's big enough to use it on his bed. Thanks so much, Tazzie!
