Apricot Jam Muffins

I've been baking this morning, and happily made up a batch of Apricot Jam Muffins. It's likely there won't be any left by tomorrow.

    Yummy Tara. I have been making stewed apricots just with a cinnamon stick and a tablespoon of maple syrup, no water. Also nice but not too sweet I hope you are safe and out of the fires path. Have been watching and it is just awful. Take Care xx Lynne
