My Nearly Insane quilt won first place in its category at the SA Quilters Guild show, and I'm beyond thrilled. I'm at the presentation now - more later!
I have seen it up close and personal and it is just gorgeous. I am amazed at the hand quilting. It looks wonderful. I thought all those itsy bitsy seams would interfere but Tara did a magnificent job.
awesome!! it is muchly deserved I loved your process and so glad you got it done for the show to be presented and recognized with your wonderful work!!
How come I didn't see you posting this message - I was sitting right alongside you??? Too bizzylizzy gabbing most probably! Congratulations Tara, it was a well deserved win. There was an audible gasp from the audience when Tara's quilt came up on the slideshow - and much appreciative applause on the win.
