The picture could be better, but I'm sure you'll forgive me - it's almost 10pm and so it's quite dark. But of course I couldn't wait until tomorrow morning to share.Now I just have to wait until my backing fabric arrives, and I'll be able to get busy with the quilting. Happy days!
Congrats!! You should be pleased, it is absolutely gorgeous!! I would have done the same thing that you did, share immediately. I love how the border turned out too, simply stunning!

ReplyDeleteYour fabric selection makes the quilt look calmer than the original quilt even though there is such a variety of blocks. Quite an accomplishment to be so close to the end.
