Yes I think it needs to be finished!<BR/><BR/>Hmmm what to quilt on the dolphin - that is a hard one. I think I would quilt long curved lines echo'ing his body shape? But by "echo" I do not mean make concentric dolphins... More like make a line of quilting on one side of the dolphin from the top to the bottom (Maybe actually do a few lines of quilting like this) and then repeat on the other side, but these lines would stop shorter - because they would meet the other lines...<BR/><BR/>I hope that makes a tiny bit of sense - I can so see it in my mind...The Calico Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06319271181930512880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18687499.post-1154190709070751832006-07-30T02:01:00.000+09:302006-07-30T02:01:00.000+09:30Great colours - I can see why your daughter has cl...Great colours - I can see why your daughter has claimed it for her own.Fionahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04378836466869691917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18687499.post-1154179060762160632006-07-29T22:47:00.000+09:302006-07-29T22:47:00.000+09:30what a cute quilt, not sure what to tell you on th...what a cute quilt, not sure what to tell you on the quilting though. If you are going to give it to Amy you could quilt her name or other words into it, or you could quilt it to look like log cabins. Or maybe the circles to mirror the circles in the border.Shelinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09870112367076954109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18687499.post-1154144267092033482006-07-29T13:07:00.000+09:302006-07-29T13:07:00.000+09:30That is very cute!
